Brief Introduction
Super Rotary Sludge Dryer is a newly developed sludge recycling
technology by Benenv.We have over 40 years experience on sludge
drier and carbonizer.It is the result of the painstaking efforts of
Japanese experts and Chinese professors in incineration, drying,
carbonization field. This device uses clean energy as heating &
drying energy, and direct heating method, during which no dioxins
and other toxic substances are produced.
Compared with direct sludge incineration, super rotary dryer
requires less energy with low carbon emissions, in line with
national low-carbon environmental requirements.
Advantage
Unique mixing and crushing device to obtain even powder and
granular products
The super sludge dryer is equipped with a unique crushing and
stirring device in the drying cylinder, and the rotatable cylinder
itself has the function of crushing and stirring. The crushing and
stirring device can crush and disperse the sticky and massive
materials, so as to increase the contact efficiency of hot air, and
the cylinder can obtain the dry finished products with uniform
quality (particle size of 1-5mm) in a short time.
No bond problem
The characteristics of sludge are very sticky, and there is a
special sticky phase in the drying process (moisture content is 40%
- 60%). In this very narrow transition section, the sludge is very
easy to agglomerate, the surface is hard and hard to crush, but the
inside is still slime. However, the equipment has a unique crushing
and stirring device. When the sludge is dried in the cylinder, the
device will rotate at a high speed, and the sludge in the sticky
phase will be completely crushed into small particles, so as to
improve the drying efficiency.
Large thermal capacity coefficient and high thermal efficiency
Through the composite effect of crushing and stirring device and
cylinder rotation, the total heat transfer coefficient is increased
to 2-3 times of that of ordinary rotary dryer (UA = 200-600w /
m2k).
Controllable moisture content and wide application
Due to the change of exhaust temperature with the change of
evaporation, the device adopts corresponding control measures in
the design and construction to cope with the change so as to ensure
the control and management of product moisture content. Therefore,
the device can be applied to materials with different properties,
floccules and lumps, etc.
Easy to operate and maintain
The mechanism is simple, few parts need to be tested and easy to
maintain. The operator uses the touch operation panel for
production operation. If there is a fault, there will be a fault
prompt on the operation panel.
Energy saving and high economic added value
After the material is crushed, the contact area between the
material and the hot air is increased, the hot air is fully
utilized, and the exhaust hot air is recycled, which greatly
reduces the energy consumption. The dried product is a particle
with a particle size of 1-5mm and high calorific value. If it is
processed, it can be used as fuel.

Character of sludge drying
Belt sludge drying machine is a highly efficient, energy-saving,
environmentally, which uses high-temperature pump to dry heat
source, the dehydration of sludge at 60-100 ℃ conditions, moisture
content from 80% to 30% .The whole process enclosed,
no smell overflow. External heat, cooling water and other harsh
conditions , it can be installed immediately.80 degrees above the
waste hot water as heat source. Belt dryer can be modular
design,through increase the number of dry modules to increase
ca-pacity .it can be customized according to customer requirements.
The capacity of the SFC-BCDseries dryers is from 100kg / h of
steam to 600 kg / h. The equipment is modular and has low on-site
conditions and suitable installation on all occasions.It can be
work with other device and apply to medium and small sites.
Packing and Delivery
1. The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to
European countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is
too tighter,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to
customers special request.
2. We also support 20',40' container delivery, use soft packaging
to protect machine well. If export to european countries,the wooden
box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe
film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
